1. Introduction
Wall Street Growth Partners Private Limited, operating the web application "The WallStreet Invest" ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-347133) duly licensed to distribute mutual fund products in India. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients and users in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended), the SPDI Rules 2011, SEBI circulars applicable to Mutual Fund Distributors, and AMFI guidelines. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Platform. By registering for or using The WallStreet Invest, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope and Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to all users and clients of Wall Street Growth Partners Private Limited (ARN-347133) who are residents of the Republic of India. As a SEBI/AMFI-registered entity, we are subject to the regulatory oversight of SEBI and AMFI, and our data handling practices are further governed by applicable SEBI circulars for Mutual Fund Distributors. If you are accessing the Platform from outside India, please be aware that your data will be processed in accordance with Indian law.

3.3 KYC and Regulatory Data
As an ARN holder regulated by AMFI, we may collect KYC-related information required under SEBI/AMFI norms, including identity proof, address proof, and risk profiling data, for the purpose of distributing mutual fund products. Such data is collected and processed strictly in accordance with AMFI KYC guidelines and PMLA requirements.
We do not collect payment card details, bank account numbers, or sensitive financial credentials directly. Such data, where required, is collected only through authorised payment gateways or Financial Partner integrations.
4. Purpose and Use of Your Information
- To create and manage your user account on the Platform
- To provide access to mutual fund distribution services, investment information, and market data as an ARN-347133 registered distributor
- To complete KYC processes as mandated by SEBI, AMFI, and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- To send transactional communications, account alerts, fund-related updates, and regulatory notifications
- To monitor and analyse platform performance and user engagement
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, unauthorised access, and security threats
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under SEBI, AMFI, and applicable Indian law
- To improve our platform features and personalise your user experience
5. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Financial Partners and AMCs
As a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-347133), we may share your KYC data, investment preferences, and contact information with AMFI-registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and SEBI-registered financial institutions solely for the purpose of processing mutual fund transactions, maintaining investor records, and complying with regulatory reporting obligations.
5.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information to SEBI, AMFI, RBI, the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND), Income Tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies if required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
5.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our ARN licence to a successor entity, your data may be transferred subject to the same regulatory protections. You will be notified of any such change via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
6. SEBI and AMFI Regulatory Compliance
- We maintain investor records and transaction logs for a minimum of 8 years as mandated by SEBI
- We comply with AMFI's KYC requirements and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
- We provide mandatory disclosures including commission, conflicts of interest, and investor rights as required by SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2019/06
- We cooperate fully with SEBI and AMFI inspections, audits, and information requests

7. Data Retention
- Client and investor records: minimum 8 years from the date of the last transaction, as required under SEBI regulations

- Usage analytics data: in anonymised or aggregated form for a maximum of 3 years
- KYC records: as mandated by AMFI KYC guidelines and PMLA requirements

11. Minors and Eligibility
The WallStreet Invest and the mutual fund distribution services offered by Wall Street Growth Partners Private Limited (ARN-347133) are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are eligible to invest in mutual fund schemes under applicable Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered on our Platform, we will promptly delete the associated account and data.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
12. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, SPDI Rules 2011, and SEBI/AMFI guidelines for Mutual Fund Distributors, we have appointed a Grievance Officer. You may also escalate unresolved complaints to AMFI or SEBI via SCORES.
